一、 大賽介紹

為展現(xiàn)我校來(lái)華留學(xué)生積極向上精神風(fēng)貌，展示國(guó)際交流學(xué)院特色，我院決定面向全校學(xué)生開(kāi)展院服設(shè)計(jì)大賽。

二、參賽對(duì)象

深圳大學(xué)全體在校生（包括來(lái)華留學(xué)語(yǔ)言生、交換生）。

三、 獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置

本次比賽設(shè)置一等獎(jiǎng)一個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金3000元；二等獎(jiǎng)三個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金2000元；三等獎(jiǎng)六個(gè)，獎(jiǎng)金1000元。

四、作品主題及要求

參賽作品應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)國(guó)際交流學(xué)院特色，需附上國(guó)際交流學(xué)院logo。同時(shí)，參賽作品應(yīng)當(dāng)不含政治、宗教題材，不含粗俗、侮辱性語(yǔ)言以及其它不宜展示的內(nèi)容。

五、作品提交事宜

1.提交時(shí)間：2019年11月6日至11月21日。

2.提交方式：將電子版作品發(fā)送[email protected]郵箱，同時(shí)將紙質(zhì)作品提交至國(guó)際交流學(xué)院學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室（綜合樓320）。

3.注意事項(xiàng)：

（1）每名參賽選手投遞作品數(shù)量不得超過(guò)兩件。

（2）院服款式為立領(lǐng)短袖POLO衫或圓領(lǐng)短袖T恤衫。

（3）電子版作品：作品需放在word文檔，第一頁(yè)、第二頁(yè)分別為院服正面、反面圖案，第三頁(yè)為圖案解釋。文件以“姓名-學(xué)院-學(xué)號(hào)-作品名-聯(lián)系電話(huà)”命名；紙質(zhì)版作品：將電子版作品打印在白色A4紙張上。紙張背面需寫(xiě)明設(shè)計(jì)者姓名、學(xué)院、學(xué)號(hào)、作品名以及聯(lián)系電話(huà)。

（4）圖案解釋字?jǐn)?shù)不超過(guò)200字。

（5）投稿作品需為原創(chuàng)作品，無(wú)仿冒及侵犯他人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)行為，不得抄襲。

（6）所有參賽作品必須在截止日期之前提交，逾期無(wú)效。

七、 評(píng)選規(guī)則及授權(quán)規(guī)則

1. 比賽評(píng)委：國(guó)際交流學(xué)院教師及相關(guān)專(zhuān)家。

2. 評(píng)審方式：獲獎(jiǎng)作品由評(píng)委評(píng)審產(chǎn)生。

3. 授權(quán)規(guī)則：獲獎(jiǎng)作品使用權(quán)歸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院所有。

八、 本次大賽最終解釋權(quán)歸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院所有,國(guó)際交流學(xué)院有權(quán)對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)作品進(jìn)行修改。

Design Competition of College Costume

Shenzhen University

College of International Exchange

1. Introduction of the Competition

In order to show the positive spirit of our international students in China and to showcase the characteristics of the International Exchange Academy, our institute decided to conduct a costume design competition for all students.

2.Participants

All students from Shenzhen University (including language students and exchange students).

3. Prize Setting

This competition sets a first prize, a prize of 3,000 yuan; a second prize of three, a prize of 2,000 yuan for each; a third prize of six, a prize of 1,000 yuan for each.

4. Theme and requirements of the work

Entries should reflect the characteristics of College of the International Exchange and must be accompanied by the logo of the College of International Exchange. Meanwhile, the entries should be free of political and religious themes, without vulgar, insulting language and other content that should not be displayed.

5.Submission of the work

(a)Submission Time: November 6th to November 21th,

(b) Submission Method: Send the electronic version to [email protected] and submit the paperwork to the Student Affairs Office of the International Exchange College (Compreh. Building 320).

(c) Notes for Attention:

a. The number of works submitted by each contestant shall not exceed two.

b. The style of the college costume should be either a Polo shirt with collar and short sleeve or a round-neck short-sleeved T-shirt.

c.Electronic version:The work needs to be placed in the word document. The first page and the second page are the front and back sides of the costume, and the third page is the explanation of the design and logo. The document is named after “Name-College-Student-Work Name-Contact Phone”;Paper version: Print the electronic version on a white A4 paper. The name of the designer, the college, the student number, the name of the work, and the contact number must be indicated on the back of the paper.

d. The number of words explanation of the design and logo is no more than 200 words.

e. The submitted work needs to be an original work, without counterfeiting and infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, and must not be copied.

f. All entries must be submitted by the deadline or it will be invalid.

7. Selection rules and authorization rules

a. Competition judges: teachers and related experts from the College of International Exchange.

b. Judging method: The winning works are judged by the judges.

c. The right to use the winning works belongs to the College of International Exchange

8. The final interpretation of this contest belongs to the International Exchange College, the College of International Exchange has the right to modify the winning works.
